What is Live-In Care For Couples?
At Medistaff24 we provide live-in care for couples so that you and your partner can receive the care you require whilst maintaining your relationship together.
We understand how difficult a physical separation from your partner may be due to residential care homes not accommodating for you and your partner as a couple. By having live-in care for you and your partner, you can both be looked after by our competent carers from the comfort of your own home.
Our live-in care ensures you and your partner can go about your daily routines with the extra help from our carers. Our live in carer will constantly make sure to respect your dignity as a couple and equally as individuals.

What is live-in care for couples?
A live-in carer is someone who lives with you and your partner in your home to provide care when needed with 24 hour support. This way, you can rest assured that any concerns you have for you or your partner’s physical, mental or emotional wellbeing is being cared for. Our live in carers are experienced in assisting people living with various conditions including Dementia and Alzheimer. We provide Dementia care at home to ensure all of our service user’s needs are addressed and are taken care of.
Whether it’s you or your partner with a serious health concern or you just need a bit more help with daily tasks, we’re here to help. This can range from help with getting ready for the day, administering medications or simply helping out with household duties.
Benefits of live-in care for couples
By staying home with your partner, you can receive care support from the comfort of your own home whilst staying together when you need it most. A major benefit of receiving live-in care for you and your partner is the cost effectiveness. Along with this, if you or your partner only require care overnight, we provide Overnight care to make sure your needs are met and you can have a restful night.
As you and your partner will both receive care from the live-in carer, you can benefit from paying less and still being able to stay together with your partner. This is more cost effective in comparison to a residential care home where it would be more pricey for the two of you and, in most cases, you would most likely be separated from your partner. Instead, live-in care makes sure this isn’t the case, so you can both benefit from receiving care and spending time together at home.
